T-MOSAiC EXCOM Member is the new Vice-President of the International Permafrost Association

Professor Gonçalo Vieira (IGOT - University of Lisbon), T-MOSAiC EXCOM and Remote Sensing AG Chair is one of the new Vice-Presidents of the International Permafrost Association (IPA).

Professor Vieira is a physical geographer from the Centre for Geographic Studies and is research is on the changing Polar and mountain regions using physical geography skills and high resolution remote sensing. ​
